Kisah Perjuangan Leonardo Del Vecchio

 

Leonardo Del Vecchio lahir tanggal 22 mei 1935 di Milan, Italy. Saat lahir Leonardo telah menjadi yatim dan dalam keadaan keluarga yang miskin.

Saat Leonardo berusia 7 tahun, ia di kirim ibunya ke panti asuhan karna tak memiliki uang lagi untuk kehidupan keluarganya.
Saat remaja Leonardo sudah bekerja sebagai buruh di perusahaan peralatan, kemudian dia pindah ke Agordo dan bekerja di perusahaan pembuat kacamata. Setelah 6 tahun kemudian, Leonardo memutuskan untuk keluar.

Saat berusia 23 tahun, Leonardo memulai usahanya sendiri dengan bekal pengalaman kerja di perusahaan kacamata tersebut dan mulai memproduksi kacamata sendiri. Namun sebelum memulai usahanya, Leonardo pernah mengalami kecelakaan yang membuat beberapa jarinya hilang.

Perusahaan kacamatanya di beri nama Luxottica yang kini menjadi perusahaan kacamata terbesar di dunia dan telah mencetak merek terkenal, seperti Giorgio Armani, Burberry, Bulgari, Chanel, Coach, Dona, Dolce  & Gabbana, Karan, Miu Miu, Oakley, Persol, Prada, Ray-Ban, Ralph Lauren, Stella McCartney, Tory Burch, Vogue dan Versace.

Tahun 2013 Luxottica memiliki pendapatan £7.313 miliar dan pada 2012 memiliki 70.307 karyawan.
Kini kekayaan bersih Leonardo tahun 2015 mencapai USD 23,1 miliar.

Leonardo Del Vecchio was born on 22 May 1935 in Milan, Italy. At birth Leonardo have been orphaned and are in a poor family.

When Leonardo was 7 years old, he was sent to an orphanage because her mother did not have any more money for his family life.As a teenager Leonardo has worked as a laborer in the enterprise
equipment, then he moved to Agordo and work in the company's eyewear maker. After six years later, Leonardo decided to get out.
