Ali Muharam lahir pada 26 september 1985 di Tasikmalaya, Indonesia.
Ali pernah bekerja sebagai pemotong sayur yang bekerja selama belasan jam namun hanya di beri upah Rp 5000, bahkan Ali pernah tidur di depan toko dan di masjid walaupun dia ngekost. Terkadang Ali saat lapar hanya makan buah jambu milik ibu kost nya.
Ali bertekad untuk merubah nasibnya, Akhirnya ia memutuskan untuk meminjam uang kepada temannya sekitar 20 juta.
Tahun 2013, Ali mulai berbisnis kuliner yaitu menjual makaroni. Ali terinspirasi dari ibunya yang selalu membuat makaroni saat lebaran tiba.
Gerainya diberi nama "Makaroni Ngehe", ngehe artinya kesal dan Ali memberi nama ngehe agar dia terus bersemangat agar hidupnya tidak ngehe seperti dulu. Gerainya tidak pernah sepi pengunjung, selain makaroni Ali juga menjual bihun dan otak-otak goreng.
Tak hanya di dalam negeri, Ali juga mendapat pengunjung dari negara luar seperti Amerika Serikat, China, Inggris, Jepang juga Perancis.
Kini Ali memiliki lebih dari 10 cabang gerai dan memiliki ratusan karyawan, sehari Ali mendapat omzet kurang lebih 50 juta dan ratusan juta per bulan.
